@HLTCO Surely the nearly entire current list of top level football ownerships could be labelled parasites? Sullivan was dodgy but nowhere as obnoxious and immoral as having Saudia Arabia running your club
@Shailu_15Jul Looking simply at the facts Lords have spent millions attempting to improve the surface of the ground with obviously limited success. Don't believe there's any intent to criticise Indian cricket from most or any of the experts you mention. By the way I love Indian cricket 🏏
You can't win them all but what a fantastic game to promote @VitalityBlast T20 cricket. @surrey just fell short of the winning target of 216/5 set by @hantscricket and finished on 210/7.
An entertaining game that kept the crowd on tenterhooks from beginning to end 👏 🏏
@I_amMukhtar@TheOfficerTatum Had nothing to do with Sikhs either? Let's not bring religion into it and just agree the individual was a knife obsessed psycho that will hopefully receive the justice he deserves
Everyone used to look forward to the #worldcup but every day it approaches it feels me with nothing but dread. The legacy of this world cup could ruin the game for good and be the final nail in the coffin 💀

FIFA confirm single-player walkouts won’t happen at the World Cup.
They will instead debut what is being called a “fan-centric pre-match ceremony” intended to showcase squads not just starting XIs. As revealed, the walkouts remain non-traditional.
All players will stand in the centre circle for the line-up reads and national anthems.
There will also be creative new visual elements, including the use of hand-held flags.🏆
@doug_in_nc Already have adequate water break rules so no need to change them? Banning fans from bringing refillable bottles so they have to buy new one's at $10-15 just epitomises what this tournament will be. Yes an elite sport but currently just about affordable for most ordinary fans
@doug_in_nc I'm referring to rule changes ie water breaks for advertising purposes, price hikes to maximise profits and ultimately turning football into an elite sport. Already predict the atmosphere at these games will be stifled as many ordinary fans can't attend due to the cost
On Sunday 30 August - a Bank Holiday weekend - we will remember our beloved Stuart Tree with a day of events in his honour.
Following the Corinthian-Casuals' Youth Section's fun day that morning, we will officially open a memorial garden to the Tree family inside the stadium grounds at 12.30, followed by a friendly match between Fiel Londres and Casuals Legends on the main pitch, at 2pm.
Throughout the day, there will also be an exhibition of Stuart's work for all to enjoy, featuring some of his best photography, design and artwork.
After the match, we will join Fiel Londres in celebrating the 116th birthday of SC Corinthians Paulista, which falls two days later.
Please save the date and ensure that you can join us for what promises to be a very special tribute to a club legend and another chance to connect with our Brazilian brethren.
