@prairiefountain (I can’t DM you bc you don’t follow me But was hoping to get in touch to see if I could hire you to help me work on my performance of one of my poems, so lmk if you’re interested, and we can touch base over email?)
Yes Jeremy, how do you create mentally healthy spaces when youre making your staff cry, and then berating them for their emotional reactions? Tell them they’re overreacting? Bring it up with staff for years afterwards to shame them in to silence, too?
Jeremy Dias has no place speaking on this. He has historically had the worst staff and client relationships I have ever seen. I watched him gaslight his way through an entire staff, which he has done many times over. There’s a reason CCGSD has high employee turnover.
Really remarkable that Jeremy was on this panel considering how many staff members he drove to crisis on a regular basis. One of the least healthy workplaces I’ve been in, and the only one in which I was outed as trans without my consent.
Jeremy Dias doesn’t deserve an educator award. He routinely abused staff members (particularly trans staff), and his “education” in schools elicited such negative reviews from teachers that I was told to send “anybody but Jeremy.”
The executive director of the CCGSD has a long history of abusing and exploiting employees. He outted me to staff when I had never even discussed my gender identity with him, nor my comfort level with people knowing.
He later fired his board of directors so they couldn’t fire him
This International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia & Biphobia, TD is proud to sponsor @ccgsd_ccdgs. CCGSD works with over 1/4 million Canadians yearly via workshops & forums covering topics including homophobia, transphobia and discrimination https://t.co/NY2TNNhBGe #IDAHOTB
When you been crying all day and you wanna kiss a boy but feel annoying for asking, and he hits you w the “can I?” like you’re a damn gift that he don’t even deserve 😭
A friend of mine got his bottom surgery funding approval today, so we tried to take a picture to celebrate, but it got taken off IG, so here’s the goods
Yesterday, I went to church for the first time, with a man I met on Craigslist casual encounters. I wore six-inch heels, and a skirt that I only (much) later found out was entirely see-through (because my dad saw my black thong and garter belt through it as I left dinner)
@darth62969@juniperfitz@realDonaldTrump@Timcast@PhillyD It’s not about this person’s feelings, it’s about the fact that this bill passed because of a disregard for the voices and humanity of sex workers, and by using that example you are perpetuating the same stigma against SWs. It’s not SJW literature, it’s basic sense.
@OC_Transpo why is it your Presto card system is supposed to be convenient, and yet is archaic and useless, and y'all don't even sell bus tickets anymore?
