I got sick of fighting frontier model moderation really quick. It feels like when H3 and LTX 2.5 dropped we crossed a threshold. Local models are pushing frontier model quality on shoestring budgets with ZERO baked in moderation or usage limits

My GPU can crank out 10 second H3 clips, in 720p, with a full reference feed of at least 3 images, single audio and single depth map video motion reference in about 20-30 minutes.

Just a basic txt2vid workflow runs in seconds, img2vid takes about 1 minute

This is commercially viable when my GPU block is water-cooled and can run 24/7
