@realrickomax I think people are often hesitant to pay more for something they already purchased, but if the Patreon can be used to pay for and vote for certain feature priorities, I think that could be cool!
Also, having a public roadmap would help that as well, Maybe like a Trello board?
@realrickomax Thanks for the info!
Can I specify the extract folder per import? That way a user can open different "project folders" without saving anything to the global data path.
@realrickomax That's interesting. So this means that in another game session, if I try to load in the same model, rather than reading the embedded textures, it will load the ones it already "knows" to speed up the process?
@realrickomax Awesome! I can't wait for all the new updates!
The memory spikes when importing a model have been a bit of a pain point for my app, so I end up simply increasing the garbage collection frequency in the AssetLoaderOptions.
I look forward to trying it out!
@realrickomax In my humble opinion, I think the model cache to prevent re-import every time, is still an incredibly important feature :)
But I do agree that having more options is always helpful!
@realrickomax Hey Ricardo! I just wanted to follow up and see if this is still on the roadmap? It would be incredibly helpful for my project :)
Thanks!
New in 0.6.46 is the ability to cut to camera positions right in the timeline! It makes animatic creation and live virtual production even easier than before!
Check it out!
