This #WorldImmunizationWeek, we continue to be a national leader in getting shots in arms, and I'm joining a few friends to share why we're all getting our #COVID19 vaccines—and why we encourage you to do the same. Let's get vaccinated, Wisconsin!

#COVID19 vaccines are free regardless of immigration status. Make sure people in your community know that they don’t need to show proof of insurance or an ID to get vaccinated by sharing @HRSAgov's fact sheet: https://t.co/XI4fWUHNdI

Pausing vaccination to look into a possible one in a million side effect may scare people. It could just as easily be seen as reassuring, proof that close attention is being paid to, and extremely high priority put on, vaccine safety.
Thanks to Congress and #RepKind, the President, the US Department of Health and Human Services. Gratitude to continue this important work. https://t.co/0rq5A22mTE
Scenic Bluffs CHC is proud to be a part of this important work. Vaccinating our agricultural community is essential. Thanks #OV for hosting and thanks to Monroe and Vernon Co health departments for organizing. Partnerships are what it’s all about. Together, we can get this done
Herd immunity isn't going to arrive like a herd of buffalo stampeding into town. Deaths will fall quickly, cases will probably surge, then decline. The risk of Covid will continue, particularly for the unvaccinated.
Woo hoo!! As a proud rural CHC, we see daily the contributions of farms and are honored to be a part of the important agricultural food chain. It is a privilege to care for such great communities in Monroe, Vernon, Crawford, Grant and La Crosse counties in western Wi.
Our hearts are heavy today as we give tribute to Karla Pope RN, MSN, and countless other Community Health Heroes who lost their lives to #COVID19.
Karla passed away weeks after administering vaccines to others. Her bravery and sacrifice will not be forgotten. #ValueCHCs
Reminder: If you live in the U.S., the federal government is providing all #COVID19 vaccines to you for FREE, regardless of your immigration or health insurance status. Learn more on @CDCgov’s FAQ page:

Wisconsin continues to be #1 in the country for getting available #COVID19 vaccine shots in arms. As of this weekend, more than 1 in 4 Wisconsinites—nearly 1.5 million people—have received at least one dose. As eligibility expands even further today, it's only upward from here!
