2. Launch it in 30 days
3. Work on it 6 months
4. Sell it (if we have enough growth)
5. Go back to 1.

People underestimate the importance of emotional intelligence.

It’s especially hard for founders. You have so many responsibilities.

Your employees will look to you for leadership.

If you don’t have the emotional intelligence to lead a team, you won’t get very far.
