@zachtratar @EmmettMaher @mahdinchoudhury That works but if I use the desktop UI pop up before a meeting to create a meeting page (in the default meeting db I designated) it always creates a blank page with a meeting block in it. I can’t select the default template from the designated meetings db as the formatted page!

We moved PerfectTed — a $67M matcha brand — entirely into Notion. The team running it had never logged into Notion before we showed up.

What I'm proudest of at Optemization is a team that can take a hyperscaling client and own it end-to-end.

The squad:

@skyler_birk chased them for 10 months. To get their attention, he filmed himself shotgunning a beer filled with matcha (iykyk). That closed the deal.

Chris took their chaotic O365 stack apart and rebuilt it in Notion — the behind-the-scenes migration grind.

@Scharfboyardee ran the training sessions that turned a skeptical 100-person company into people who actually use Notion.

@vinifigueiroa ran the entire engagement. Eight department hubs built. HubSpot fully replaced. A sales team onboarded to Notion for the first time.
