Some Scheeme and personal updates;
I joined another Sport Tech(leader in youth Sports Management) company, helping them build their B2B product. Excited to continue building in this space I have for the past 10+ years.
With that said, I am back to nights and weekends for Scheeme, but the clarity on what is needed in the market is clear as I am back working with teams.
Individual productivity is an afterthought. So Scheeme is going to continue forward as I use it daily along with the 200+ users we have so far.
Here is some Product Updates for @Scheemeio
Scheeme Forms
Scheeme forms allow you to build forms to collect data. Whether it be for user research, user feedback, internal operations, or any other form of need, you now have a way to easily create a form with a drag-and-drop interface.
Here are some important features of forms;
- Share internally in a document or publicly.
- You have a direct url and you can also embed forms in a document
- Connect a Notion database to send form response to. Google Sheets and Airtable are coming soon. Responses are already connected to a new grid for you to view!
- Conditional logic to apply to fields
- - Post-form actions to send a user a response to data, yourself, other users by email, and route users to a specific url
10 form field types and more coming!
- NO LIMIT on forms or form responses (this will be the case for Scheeme Beta and we will have a very generous offering in the Starter Plan coming soon).
Grid Embeds in Docs
You can now embed your grids in documents and make them interactive. You can also create a new grid from a document. Grids can be shared in documents and made public so that your members of your organization or the public users can you your data. Image item
Extended Beta Access
Your feedback has been instrumental in the evolution of Scheeme, and because of that, we are extending beta access for a bit longer. If you lost access to Scheeme, it was due to a 30-day limit we had. This is now removed and we will give you a 30 days notice of when we intended to introduce the paid Scheeme starter plan.
We are not ready to release Scheme to the public just yet, as a few remaining features and improvements remain.
Haven’t posted in a a bit about @Scheemeio .. waiting on Google approval for updated scopes to send out updates to all but I’ve been cooking;
Scheeme Forms
- 3 styles: Default form, conversational(type form style), and a chatbot
- Unlimited form responses
- Data stored in Scheeme Grids and also connect a Google Sheet / Notion Database
- Embed in docs
- Share publicly and set limit
- Post form submission actions with email. File attachments, and routing.
- Conditional and skip logic
- 10+ input types
So much more coming to forms. Always a business need, but every option is usually very limiting or expensive in one way or the other.
Free right now :)
Submit your email and get beta invite ~10 minutes later.

Since going live with our beta, I have been heavily focused on bug fixing, user feedback + more marketing.
Was able to set aside some time this week to still push functionality forward.
1. Two-way calendar syncs are live with Google & Outlook. Scheeme now also has its own standalone calendar if you don't want to use either provider. By today, you will also be able to send event invites to other users from Scheeme.
2. Enhanced Document embeds -- One of my favorite features. Now, in a document, you can embed other cloud tools like Sheets/Slides, etc., and have them be interactive in the document.
We still have room for the FREE beta - give it a go at https://t.co/gnrqpwiPZe

What next? 😊
Last major feature I am finishing up for Scheeme before private beta. It's tying everything together into Projects. Less configuration, more customization, and still the option to connect everything.
I solved this with @Scheemeio with more intentions. This is better than current UX but still misses key details..
1 - Document first, comments second. Meaning.. reduce the clutter
2 - Comments second, but never “disappear”. Current UI/UX makes comments feel like an after thought after they are “solved”
3 - Hover vs inline noise. They got this right, it’s the approach I went with. Inline = noise and disrupts the minimalism.
IMO the left hand nav approach is superior for this like I went with @Scheemeio

Auto-Backlog 🗃️ Tasks - Keep your To-Do List Clutter-Free @Scheemeio
Added the capability to set your configured auto-backlog feature. Every daily planner allows you to carry over tasks, which I love. The problem is that when you don't complete tasks, your day becomes unmanageable.
Now you can set the number of days that a task will be automatically moved to the backlog.
1. Set your auto-backlog to 5 days.
2. Don't complete a task for 5 days? No problem, it will be auto-moved to the backlog to keep your day clutter-free.
3. We'll notify you of the number of tasks moved to the backlog for that day.

Finalizing the waitlist for @Scheemeio
It will be up by the end of the week. The goal is to start getting beta customers in 2 weeks, and will be offering it for FREE for X period of time in exchange for feedback and will heavily discount early adopters and beta users.
