@madis259 This kinds of details are not necessarily a bad thing, it's just that a bunch of studios seem to think those are more important than actual gameplay and writing. Also weird people on the internet over fixated on them.
@stuartbridger1@mralpacalips@Devon_Eriksen_@oldishbird1 To be fair, I've lived in London and parts of it back then were already a third world hell hole , and only gotten worse since then, your probably fine if you stick to touristy areas but even then you might still have your phone stolen and I wouldn't leave anything in a car.
@Devon_Eriksen_ Many Europeans in many European countries do indeed have AC (some also have heat pumps for heating which can also be used as AC) it's mostly European leftists who have a hate boner for AC.
@peterrhague Preventing waste being dumped in the ocean would require nothing less than military intervention in southeast Asian and African countries in order to force them to stop.
@RexxyPlus@Critical_Scribe On the pc version, if you ran the game over 30fps you could do the sequence "too fast" and get stuck and have to start over. I only know this because i tried like 3 times and had to look up why it wasn't working.
@HRS24381@Cacophanus There are certain "problems" that we already know could be solved through space exploration and space industrialization. As well as the fact that solving "all of earth's problems" is something that will never happen, certainly not to the satisfaction of someone like op.
@SandyofCthulhu Cossacks did a much better job at representing that time period in a strategy game. Also had no hard population limit, which was awesome and had mechanics that actually added to the gameplay like gunpowder units needing certain resources to be able to fire their guns.
@SandyofCthulhu Age of empires 3, while it had some good ideas, was a pretty bad game, part of it I think was that it had a lot of elements that felt really "gamey" and it took you out of the experience. Felt like some mechanics were there for the sole purpose of being a "game mechanic".
