I have just received my 2nd dexa test results and have built bone over the past 12 months…I have gained 6% back after receiving a T score with severe osteoporosis. I am still waiting on the doctor’s report but will make a video about it when I have all the data.

To the mums, the grandmothers, and also to the women who may not have children of their own but are always the ones caring, checking in, giving… whether that’s to friends, family, nieces, nephews, or even your pets. That way of showing up in the world matters more than we probably realise.
When I think about what it means to be a mother, I don’t just think about giving birth. I think about being the person who gives, who cares, who holds space for others. The one people feel safe around. The one who sees things others might miss, and gently guides what’s right and what’s not, not just through words, but through how you live.
And as women, we move through different stages of this. We begin as daughters, then many of us become mothers, some become grandmothers, and some express that same nurturing role in their own way. But by the time we reach our 50s and beyond, we’ve lived many layers of it.
We’ve given so much of ourselves. We’ve loved deeply. We’ve worried, protected, guided, and then at some point, we’ve had to let go… and I don’t know anyone who’s ever truly been ready for that.
Because when your children grow up and step into their own lives, it’s a shift. You’re still a mother, but your role changes, and finding your place in that new version of life takes strength. It takes growth. It takes courage.
For me, being a mum to my three sons, Nathan, Luke, and Zach, has been one of the greatest gifts of my life...it's who I am, it became my identity. I’ve seen things I can’t unsee, and heard things I can’t unhear (if you have raised teenage boys, you will know what I mean). Being their mum has shaped me in ways nothing else could.
So today, I just want to acknowledge all of it. The love, the effort, the joy, the heartbreak, and all the moments in between that no one else sees.
And to the grandmothers, who get to experience life through a whole new lens, I hear it’s a kind of love that’s hard to put into words, but deeply felt.
Being a woman isn’t simple. But the role we play in caring for others, shaping lives, and then learning to let go is the magical cycle of life.
So today, we celebrate you. You are amazing and I'm sending you a big hug for a job well done ❤️

I’m so excited to share that the 12-week Arms Swing Challenge is now live inside the app.
This challenge is based on a 2025 study and is an exact replica of the protocol used. Participants performed a simple, repetitive arm swing exercise for 20 minutes a day, four days a week, over 12 weeks.
The results were powerful. Participants reduced their waist circumference by an average of 4.76 cm, along with improvements in blood pressure, blood sugar regulation, and cholesterol levels, including reductions in LDL and triglycerides and support for healthier HDL levels.
I have created three simple options for you each day:
5 minutes, done 4 times
10 minutes, done twice
20 minutes, done once
This is a rhythmic, repetitive movement that builds gentle heat in the body, increases circulation, and activates your metabolism. It may feel simple, but that’s exactly why it works. Consistency becomes easy, and consistency is where the results come from.
A special note. The arm swing videos I have already created include variety to keep things interesting. This challenge is different. It is the exact replica of the study, which means repeating the same movement, in the same way, every session. That repetition is what drives the result.
