The deal is pretty simple: You're going to be a high integrity, stand-up guy, do great work, have high standards and be an extraordinary positive to people around you.

But as long as you hold yourself fully accountable for everything that happens, people around you & where you're going - and never shirk away from the core outlines of the deal, you'll live an exceptional life.
