I need to speak with someone about an item I am returning. It was a used Good Condition item. But I didn’t even realize I bought it like that until I looked back at my order.
But even going over your policy about items like that.
I still have an issue with my order.

My Used-Good Condition item got shipped with no charge wire. I used what the Amazon suggest fix was and use my OEM Xbox charger wire for my controller. Charged it for two days and it died 15 mins later. So what ever testing/quality control you guys did failed. As per your policy.
