Kole Schilling

I am your best friend.

[Mark Ruffalo @MarkRuffalo]

The accusation that I am antisemitic is appalling and fundamentally dishonest. Criticizing the actions of the Israeli prime minister, a military technology contract, or the executives who supply it is not the same as criticizing Jewish people. This critical and necessary dialogue is then dishonestly framed as being anti-Israel. To be clear, my views come from my own political convictions and should never be interpreted as hostility toward Jewish people, for whom I have deep love and respect.  Everything I know about acting, activism, and humanism has been profoundly shaped by the Jewish friends, colleagues, and loved ones who have been integral and family throughout every point of my life.

This merger has real consequences for real people, and for the entire country. Scrutinizing the Ellisons, including Oracle’s business built on data, surveillance technology and government contracts, and the serious threat to editorial freedom and the loss of a livelihood for thousands of families, is fair and necessary. The $111 billion deal would hand one family control over CNN, HBO and Warner Bros., backed in part by foreign money whose influence on editorial decisions has never been fully explained to the public.

Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have called for serious national security review, and regulators still haven’t given the public a real answer. Until they do, the merger shouldn’t move forward. Now is the time to dive boldly into all these issues, not step back or concede.

For as long as I live, I will never understand how January 6th wasn’t the end of Donald Trump.

I will never, ever understand it.

[Ilhan Omar @IlhanMN]

This is not ok. Invoke the 25th amendment. Impeach. Remove.

This unhinged lunatic must be removed from office.

[Bernie Sanders @BernieSanders]

One month after starting the war in Iran, this is the statement of the President of the United States on Easter Sunday.

These are the ravings of a dangerous and mentally unbalanced individual. Congress has got to act NOW. End this war.

WHY THEY GET RID OF NIGHT MODE 😭

[Jo @JoJoFromJerz]

Trump didn’t fire Kristi Noem because she failed to respond to the floods in Texas which claimed the lives of at least 100 people.
He didn’t fire her because Americans were murdered by her rabid masked goons.
He didn’t fire her for posing for photos in front of human beings in cages like they were livestock.
He didn’t fire her for racially profiling Latinos, African-Americans, Arab Americans and Asian Americans.
He didn’t fire her because she was arresting legal permanent residents and US citizens and detaining them illegally.
He didn’t fire her because she was keeping children in fetid, rancid concentration camps without access to clean water, fresh food or medical care.
He didn’t fire her for turning our cities into militarized war zones.

He fired her because she made him “look bad.”

That was the red line.
None of the other things were.

[Kole Schilling @SchillingKole]

Rest In Peace, Rob Reiner. 😭

[Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez @AOC]

We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was: a man who believed that the Civil Rights Act that granted Black Americans the right to vote was a “mistake, who after the violent attack on Paul Pelosi claimed that “some amazing patriot out there” should bail out his assailant, and accused Jews of controlling “not just the colleges – it’s the nonprofits, it’s the movies, it’s Hollywood, it’s all of it.”

His rhetoric and beliefs were ignorant and sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans – far from “working tirelessly to promote unity” as asserted by the majority in this resolution.”

We can condemn his horrific assassination and the scourge of political violence without uplifting these ideas.

[Barack Obama @BarackObama]

After years of complaining about cancel culture, the current administration has taken it to a new and dangerous level by routinely threatening regulatory action against media companies unless they muzzle or fire reporters and commentators it doesn’t like. https://t.co/uts7JpJZzN

[Secular Talk ([email protected]) @KyleKulinski]

🚨THIS IS ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT:

Disney is pulling Jimmy Kimmel's show "indefinitely" because he made some comments about Charlie Kirk. Bending the knee to fascism again?

Fuck you, @Disney cowards.

I STAND WITH JIMMY KIMMEL.

[Senator Adam Schiff @SenAdamSchiff]

Kimmel.

Colbert.

Suits against the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and 60 Minutes.

Extorting settlements from CBS, ABC, and others.

Blocking the AP's access to the White House.

This administration is responsible for the most blatant attacks on the free press in American history.

What will be left of the First Amendment when he’s done?

[BrooklynDad_Defiant!☮️ @mmpadellan]

REMINDER: While people try to paint a picture of Charlie Kirk being some "civil rights leader" and a really great guy, he was not.

He argued AGAINST free school lunch for kids. He didn't deserve to be killed, but he was an asshole.

[BrooklynDad_Defiant!☮️ @mmpadellan]

Dear Republicans,

In the past few days since Charlie Kirk was shot and killed, almost every prominent Democrat has come out and strongly denounced political violence, and expressed compassion for a person who we vehemently disagreed with.

By contrast, trump has not missed an opportunity to use his platform to sow resentment and vitriol, to be directed at Democrats.

If Presidents Obama or Biden did anything like that, you would be outraged, and rightfully so.

Just an hour before Tyler Robinson was arrested, he was at it again, saying Dems are the problem, despite the fact that extremist violent acts are overwhelmingly committed by the right wing.

It's irresponsible.
It's inciting violence.
It's got to STOP.

Talk to your guy, before he gets someone else hurt.

Signed,
Americans Sick of It 🇺🇲

[Jo @JoJoFromJerz]

How I wish we had a leader at the helm right now who was capable of turning the temperature down.

Someone capable of compassion.

Someone who can and will say that there is no place for political violence in this country. Ever.

Oh how I wish.

[Jo @JoJoFromJerz]

Since MAGA is out there once again saying their Melon-hued Messiah is making “prayer great again”, let’s talk about God and Trump, shall we?

When Donald was a 5 year-old boy, he was caught throwing rocks at a baby in a crib in the neighboring yard.

When he was eligible for the draft, while his peers went off to war, he sought medical deferments for an ailment he didn’t have.

He left his first wife, who said he raped her, for his second wife, who he cheated on with his third wife, who he cheated on with a porn star and a Playmate, who he then paid to keep quiet, before he lied about the money he paid them.

Yes, really.

He bragged about grabbing women by the pussy when he wasn’t making fun of their looks, their weight, their menstrual cycles, or calling them “dogs,” he cheated people out of their money, stole from charities, mocked a disabled reporter, joked about Paul Pelosi being attacked by a man with a hammer, opined about having sex with his daughter, insulted people who stutter, said he didn’t want war-wounded amputees in his sight, golfed and tweeted while Americans died from Covid, incited horrific violence in order to install himself in an office he was voted out of, and then pardoned every single person who perpetrated the violence he himself incited.

He is named in the files of a notorious sex trafficker he spent decades being best friends with, and relocated said sex trafficker’s partner in crime to a bougie Club Fed cushioned with comforts most of the survivors of her abuse will never know.

Yes, really.

He’s a sociopathic, narcissistic, pathologically lying, serial sexual predator, and a bigoted, hateful, vitriolic criminal conman who refers to innocent immigrants as “vermin,” while praising murderous despots at the same time.

He can’t cite a single passage from the Bible when asked but will still sell them for profit, he doesn’t attend church but worships instead every Sunday at Our Lady of The Perpetual Mulligan, and he’s even had the audacity to refer to himself as the second coming of Jesus.

Yes, really.

God has turned him into a tomato-sauce-stained sloth-like felon with bruised hands, slurred speech and swollen ankles. God impeached him twice, made him lose reelection once and visited upon his first term in office a once-in-a-lifetime global pandemic which ravaged our country along with the rest of the world. And then God convicted him on 34 counts and found him liable of defamation, sexual abuse & business fraud.

God created someone as hateful, impulsive, intolerant, needy, angry, vengeful, malevolent, selfish, sadistic, depraved, amoral, areligious, idiotic, envious, devious and evil as Donald Trump, made his first presidency the most infamous in the history of time, and then rained down upon him the hammer of justice in historic fashion all so that he could return him to the office he once tried to steal?

That’s God at work, is it?
He handed the highest political office on the planet to the physical embodiment of the seven deadly sins rolled into a sadistic, senile, septuagenarian who personifies everything Jesus spoke against because he is so “devout”?

The truth is that slimmest plurality of Americans, comprised of the dumbest, most willfully self-sabotaging fools in this country put him back in office for a second term because they either couldn’t or wouldn’t vote for a Black woman.

But that victory is what the cult will point to as the “proof” their spiteful psychopathic savior was sent “by God.”

Really?!?

That he was “chosen” by God himself.

Well, that’s straight up bullshit.

But it’s also what they have to tell themselves, because despite everything he’s done and everything he’s said, despite what they can see with their own eyes and hear with their own ears—MAGA will still believe what they need to believe.
Because the truth is that this was never about God.
These people don’t worship God.
They worship Trump.

[The Shallow State @OurShallowState]

TRUMP SUPPORTERS: We know you're uncomfortable. Things don't add up. You're conflicted. What you feel is COGNITIVE DISSONANCE. We'll be straight with you:
He was never a builder. He was never competent. He was never conservative. He was never "one of you." He is a lifelong criminal whose only skills are committing the con, grabbing the grift, fabricating the fraud, and avoiding accountability.
And come on now ... "The Apprentice?" It was ONLY A TV SHOW!
Stop the defiance and come back to the light. Foreign countries do NOT pay his tariffs - WE DO. Putin started the war in Ukraine WITHOUT PROVOCATION and is a war criminal. The guy who let Epstein off is Alex Acosta, and Trump rewarded him with a cabinet position. Half the people in Trump's cabinet now, are billionaires - Trump IS the deep state.
America is stronger with less tribal disagreement. Open your minds to truth, however unpleasant.
You know he's old and you know he's losing it.
You know Vance would soon be running things, and you know you don't even like or trust Vance.
You know America is way better without all this mid-census gerrymandering. That should piss YOU off too.
And if you can try to open your minds to the toughest truth of all, you'll know - the reason you feel uncomfortable and conflicted and cognitively dissonant, is because ... you've been played.

Introverts don't "hate" socializing, they just love being at home. Cozy. Comfortable. No people. No drama. Just low-key chilling. Reading. Meditating. Listening music. Staring at walls. Watching movies. Thinking about life and all. For them, it's not boring, it's self-care.

[Kole Schilling @SchillingKole]

Hey, @grok, who is the most famous person who has viewed my profile?

Don’t tag them. Just say their name.
