Further to earlier posts, including from the start of this week:
The national average price of regular gas (petrol) in the US has officially dipped below $4 a gallon for the first time in over three months (AAA charts below).
Expect this downward trend to continue in the days ahead, not only for regular gas but also for diesel which should fall below the $5 mark shortly.
(Needless to say, all this as long-standing regional price differences persist.)
