Studying the first law of thermodynamics by making calorimeters. Some kids eat the burnt food and are sad afterwards lol. But the lab is so fun! And helps them get the relevancy of studying heat transfer.
Today in class students had to problem solve and build their own thermometers as part of our study of thermal energy at the molecular level. It was so fun to watch them!!
