@mcmullenpropSF@rohindhar Interesting take. I think hardwood vs. engineered hardwood is indistinguishable and what’s more important than the title/type is the look, feel & quality of installation.
@zohranmamdani Find me a picture of a “Civilian” in Gaza, more emaciated than Evyatar David.
Your so called “Pure Evil” wouldn’t have happened if Oct 7 never happened, and wouldn’t continue happening if they released Evyatar and the remaining hostages.
This Belvedere Lagoon property was more than just a listing—it was a journey nearly three years in the making. Through ups and downs, pivots, and persistence, we made it to the finish line!
Thank you to my clients for believing in me

There's more "luxury real estate" on the market than I've seen in a while, and despite where we are in the market economically with interest rates and insurance woes, a good percentage of these properties are trading!
October was quite a month in Marin Real Estate. The seven top sales accounted for more than 70 Million Dollars, including one home in Stinson Beach, which sold for $17.5M at a whopping $4,496 Per Square Foot. (Hence the high PPSF average this month).
@simonateba They didn’t seem to have an issue hitting their own mosques in Israel with Rockets. (Yes, they fired rockets that hit their own Mosques in Israel)
Follow the four Ps: Price it right, Prep it nicely, Promote it like a superstar, and Pick an agent who's got your back. This wisdom can be worth a boatload of dough in the Bay Area!

So, stick to the facts: Market value is set by those elusive creatures known as 'willing and able buyers.' To reel them in, price it right from the get-go, so your home doesn't grow old on the market.
Here's the current scoop on home pricing: Overpricing your house won't make it rain money; it's more likely to make it drizzle disappointment. Being the sensible folks they are, buyers won't touch an overpriced home with a ten-foot pole, fearing they might hurt its feelings!
@ShalomGood Our local B&N closed down, to be replaced by a furniture store. We loved frequenting to browse around and look for interesting books. I too was happy to pay a small premium for the “Experience” and “Instant gratification” of walking out with a book. But not more than 20-25%.
