#WeAreTHS Year 9 explored clay footwear in Art today, designing and hand-building a shoe. Pupils experimented with texture and surface decoration as they shaped forms. Great focus and creativity from everyone — these pieces show strong craftsmanship and imaginative thinking.

Year 8 spent today in Food Technology making sweet chilli and cheese scones, putting practical skills into action as they measured, weighed, shaped dough and practised oven safety. Brilliant focus, resilience and teamwork on show — the classroom smelled amazing

Year 7 had a fantastic Design Technology lesson today, learning safe saw techniques - measuring, cutting, and teamwork in action as they began their first woodwork projects. Great focus and care from everyone involved - well done, Year 7!

The cast of Legally Blonde Junior have been wowing audiences from local primary schools this week as they prepare for their shows to the public. Tickets are still available for Wednesday and Thursday nights this week, starting at 7:00 p.m. Adults £5, concessions £4.

Despite the weather, our Remembrance Service proceeded in the Paragon. The Heys students and staff observed a one-minute silence today to honour those who served. Thank you to Mrs Farrington for playing the Last Post so beautifully.
