But educating boys from young ages is a must, also being stronger against older boys and men when committing offences has to improve in courts.

@MPFed Interesting situation and one that can happen anywhere. In Slough we have an agreement with CSC where if the child is a local child, LAC or not, then they take over immediately it hits 9am. If a placement can be found overnight it will of course. Makes partnership working work.
