Idk how many teams can/would even do that. Two or three max so I don’t think driving up the price is really worth worrying about

All I said was I think they can trade him and still be fine depth wise one way or another which was all the original post is about. You aren’t getting Skubal without trading away good players one way or another

@jamesjaragon I can’t even tell if you are just baiting or what at this point lmao. Here are the facts. It doesn’t matter if a tag up was or wasn’t needed. The play is the same for Teo. Stand on the bag. If he catches it run home. If he doesn’t, run home. If he bobbles it, run home. That’s it

@jamesjaragon @vincesince91 Go ahead and watch Teo on the replay again. He was already tagged and then when he saw the bobble he went back and tagged again a second time for no reason. That was the problem. He didn’t need to do that there was never any chance he ends up out at 3rd base on that play

@jamesjaragon @vincesince91 Yes if he bobbles the ball and catches it that is an out. It’s the fact that you think Teo would’ve somehow been out at 3rd. If he tags up and just leaves as soon as the ball touches the outfielders glove the first time he is free to leave. Doesn’t matter if he bobbles it or not
