Been tryin to learn the meme coin space for a few months now and one of the best lesson's I've learned is knowing how to approach losses. This isn't just a one time lesson, you exercise this ability like a muscle after every single trade
🕷️ quick spiderweb
7. 4/4 today very small trades still working on compounding wins. What’s been working for me is hiding coins immediately if they do not pass the smell test. Limit the distractions and focus on WHY you are winning trades. Do everything in your power to emulate that
The biggest thing that sets profitable traders aside from unprofitable is limited mistakes. For me I know 9/10 times when I take a trade whether I SHOULD have taken it or not yet the FOMO makes you enter when you know you shouldn't DISCIPLINE IS KEY
6. I've been trading nearly daily. What has been helping me a ton lately is journaling EVERYTHING. Set up the days in the week you will trade, for how long and what your target it. Once that target is hit STOP trading. I had hit my target today and then stupidly kept trading resulting in a loss. AVOIDABLE!
Soooo many people on CT are talking about how “trenches are dead” or “cryptos dead” “solana killed crypto” it’s the same with any market. Sure the conditions aren’t the same as before but if there is still volume, even if market caps aren’t soaring, you are still able to be profitable.
As long as there is ANY volume at all you can make money, you might just need to evaluate your strategy and how you trade! IMPROVISE, ADAPT, OVERCOME
5. 3/7 today. Really dumb easily avoidable day. Have been using my strategy which has been working wonders and then decided to switch it up today and payed for it. If something is working, refine it! Do not try and do 1000 different things, perfect ONE system! (-8%)
4. Still been trading everyday but have been slacking on my journaling. 2/2 today +11% on the port. Still targeting small wins while building a smaller port. Very easy to get fomo seeing a coin shoot up after taking profit but focus on the end goal and results
3. 5/5 on trades today. Been starting to get the hang on narratives a bit better and scanning a lot better. Set myself a hard profit target per day to a specific goal which is going well so far. Port up 35% today - biggest takeaway is setting realistic targets stop/loss included
2. Been focusing on studying charts, backtesting strats and journaling last few days. Took 4 trades today and hit 3. 1 Loss super avoidable and frustrating but journal, learn, move on! +64% today. Sold off a few runners super early but when building small port, profit = profit
1. First day following an actual structure and strategy. 5/6 trades hit +30%. Starting to find an actual groove. Biggest focus is to really understand WHAT you are buying and to not focus on just the volume/chart. Realize WHY you are entering or why you could be stopped out
Seeing a lot of people saying “trenches are dead”.
If there are still active traders and coins that migrate there is money to be made. Your current strat might be dead or just performing poorly. Consistency is key. Improvise, adapt, overcome. DON’T GIVE UP
I don’t know if I’m going crazy or something but the last like 20 Ubers I’ve had have not been playing music. Is this like a new rule or something? How does this affect the market
