I love my @OrganicBath! Not sure if its growing pains due to popularity 4 their bath soaps or what but the bar soaps stay #OutOfStock. I’m forced to go third party to get it. Starting to wonder if I should switch brands - I can’t run out of soap! #CustomerExperience

@ultabeauty Completely understand this! My point is that it should not ONLY be phone #. I asked your rep what else I can confirm and there was nothing so my call ended and I wasn’t helped. I mean there is shipping address, order #, items in the order, etc. #DoBetter#CustomerService
So @ultabeauty the need to confirm a phone # w/o other options is a bit ridiculous. #Customers should have options of info to confirm when issues arise. Since we’re not friends - my preference is not to exchange numbers. #Disappointed in your process & just want my missing item.
So @PrincessCruises after a 25 min hold for questions on my booked cruise your rep hangs up on me without resolving my issue - I’m due a #cruise credit per your promotion & it is not applied. This is NOT good #customerservice! Who do I need to talk so this can be fixed?
