Resisting is a secondary charge and she wasn't told what arrestable offense she did commit! So that was illegal arrest and that resisting won't stand in court!

She wasn't resisting any arrest because they were no arrestable offense committed, so resisting is a secondary charge and you need to be charged for something arrestable for resisting to stand
