Here's an update from my collaborator @samueljameswest who investigated our most recent mTurk study. His clever sleuthing found that the bots respond in a way to approximate a normal distribution. Scary stuff...

MTurk may be contaminated! Bots are filling out psychology surveys. Apparently you can tell by repeating GPS coordinates. These researchers are looking into it, and you can report anything fishy at:
