Update! This fluid most likely came from a living organism. There had been no matches towards any plants in the fungle. And a species being able to store high concentrations of formic acid in their bodies, is still a possibility.

I also accidently poured some onmy hand earlier.

While taking a mental-break walk, i came across a weird acidic liquid, dissolving one of the mushrooms-- a liquid that i am positive that none of the plants can produce!

Will update with more information later. :-)
