Takipalooza was a HIT! Ss who hadn’t received RLC or OSS were eligible to attend, which was 75% of our Golden Bears. Ineligible Ss were able to complete the restorative process to earn the incentive back. Ss also completed an escape game to win a “Pot of Takis.”@VineMSKnox

@VineMSKnox Student Council tagged and delivered 576 candy grams to Ss on Dec. 19th. Out of the 576 Student Council sponsored over 400 to ensure every student received at least one candy gram.

Student Council delivered Candy Grams today as part of their Candy Gram fundraiser. Ss sold candy grams during lunch and at after school events. Candy canes were donated by staff and St. Elizabeth Episcopal. Thank to all that supported this fundraiser!@DesireeOJones @VineMSKnox

@Yo_STEM took a field trip to ORNL. Ss got to see STEM in action. Highlight of the field trip was when Ss got to interact with robotic arms. @VineMSKnox

GSTEM created a density column of different solutions. Ss took turns comparing solutions in order to determine which solution was the most dense to least dense. #datacollection #sharingresults @Yo_STEM @VineMSKnox

GSTEM extracted DNA from strawberries. Ss have been learning about organelles in class, so they were excited about getting to see the “instruction manual” that’s located in the nucleus. @Yo_STEM @VineMSKnox
