@irctc_app@RailMinIndia for the past 6 days I have been trying to book tatkal tkt (Howrah to hyderabad). Whenever I try to select 3AC or 2AC to book ticket it says it is experiencing high volume and logs me out every time. Is it a scam running again?
@JioCare I know because I requested cancellation of relocation and further installations ets. What I want to make you understand is that the set top box and wifi routers from the previous jiofi connection are to be picked up by jio. Also jiofiber has to return my money: rs 1111.
@JioCare i applied for jiofiber relocation on 20.08.2025. I had to pay rs 1111 (20.08.25) and rs 2071.46 (28.08.25) after KYC. No one came to install and provide connection despite providing slots everyday. Return my full money (rs. 3183.46). I am opting out of Jiofiber.
@JioCare@JioCare still no one came to pick up the devices. Also money refund of rs 1111 was not there. What kind of digital india is this? Pathetic service. From 23 August I am waiting and today is 15 Sept! Why cant jio pickup their own devices and initiate refund??
@JioCare@JioCare Thank you for processing the request to refund my money. Rs. 2071.46 was returned in original payment mode. Rs 1111 is yet to be returned. Point is to be noted that no one came or contacted me for the pick up of old devices either. Please proceed with that problem too.

@JioCare Requested relocation of jiofiber. After KYC nobody came to install devices since 26/08/25 for every request raised everyday. Refund the money I have paid (rs 1111 on 20.08.25 UPITID 110092699543 and & rs 2071.46 on 28.08.25 UPITID 524012648202) and cancel relocation.
I want to opt out of jiofiber due to the pathetic service and no-installation despite repeated slots being allocated everyday. Please do proceed with the refund of my money immediately. I will sort to the local internet provider and cannot wait any longer without internet.
If you cannot send anyone for jiofiber installation since 28.08.2025 (NO0001836NKG) despite providing new slots everyday, do refund the money immediately. @JIOFIBER1@JioCare@reliancejio@nch1915@consaff. Even no pick-up person was assigned after relocation of jiofiber.
@JioCare I had booked relocation of JioFiber within Hyderabad. All the payments (though it was promised to be free) and KYC were done. Yet no one is coming to install the device and 1 week has already passed. I am fed up with this attitude. Please resolve immediately.
