バルセロナで開催中の @ScienceCycling で発表しました。
12年間に渡って、パイオニア ペダリングモニター、シマノ パワーメーターで記録したデータを解析したものです。
左右バランスでは表現出来ない差がPC1では明確に出てます。
なぜか右半身ばかり怪我をしていて、左は @HamsterSpin のトレーニングで年々改善してるのに、右は緩やかな改善であることが数値として出ています。
