I tried to relaunch #FollowThatScientist a few weeks ago but there wasn't much interest (maybe a good thing & that #ScienceTwitter generally has a greater reach now!)

🎉Friday feature!🎉: Ankita @grouchomunks is a #neuroscience #PhD @DrexelUniv Philadelphia. Her project focuses on microtubules in #neurons 🔌 which are structural components involved in processes like neuronal migration & axonal transport (1/3) #FollowThatScientist #WomeninSTEM

To properly mediate these processes neuronal microtubules must be arranged in a characteristic pattern. Ankita's project looks @ cellular mechanism that could orchestrate this pattern! Understanding this could provide insight into #diseases where microtubules are disrupted (2/3)
