@EmRoseBaz A nice cup of tea and a biscuit is fundamental to my way of life. Also, when I lived in France where you couldn't get the tea, or the milk, you could at least get a decent biscuit.
@EmRoseBaz What passes for chocolate in the UK, doesn't pass muster in Germany. But the base is different, evap in the p'tit beurre, malt in the digestive.

I have a question, essentially all components are equally weighted. Have you looked at how sensitive this is to even small changes in weights?
@JMateosGarcia Just look at the number of senior civil servants who have left recently. It has less effect lower down, although potential staff do look at the impact departments are having on the public. I've seen this when talking to potential new recruits about their choices.
But that's only if you take into account overtime. That is we do more work. Otherwise we get paid less, and our pay has dropped for the last 7 years in comparison to the private sector (and longer in comparison to inflation). 2/2

@bengoldacre "All right, " said Ben, "Have to take the feet off
To get them feet off wouldn't take a mo."
