@WellsFargo continues to amaze me at their lack of willingness to just do the right thing. Two educators and 50+ year customers have lost several hundred dollars, and multi billion dollar @WellsFargo uses policy as an excuse to justify faulty equipment and poor customer service.

@WellsFargo wife attempted to make a cash deposit, ATM malfunctioned. Told there is nothing we can do, maybe file police report to subpoena video footage. Been customers over a combined 40 years. We’re out a few hundred bucks, but heaven forbid the corporation do the right thing.
