@Wendys Fresh never frozen should be extended to your salads. This is what I was given....semi frozen wilted lettuce, forgot to put fried in my bag, glad I checked the bag, fries were cold, got the ordered toppings on my burger wrong and frosty was not frozen. #makingdavesad

@TacoBellTeam Apparently the store I sat waiting at the drive thru closes early. Hours say closes at 1am. Got here at 12:45 and waited 5 minutes at the drive thru with no one to take my order. Drove away hungry and sad. :( #CustomerService ?

@Ask_Spectrum My service has had issues for the past 2 months. Have had 2 service calls and techs say nothing is wrong. Outrages every other weekend. I am thinking like many others I may have to find other service providers that can provide truly reliable service. #unacceptable
