I’m so proud of my daughter and her commitment to this weight loss journey. As many of you know, she had a cancer battle last year and lost her thyroid as a result. This caused a large amount of weight gain. Even worse is the toll it took on her confidence…

@anymanfitness Not necessarily a lie depending on other factors of course. I’m currently dieting with my daughter (she had thyroid cancer, it messed her up). 1K calorie daily limit. She’s losing weight, I’m gaining. We are also hitting the gym - I assume mine is muscle weight despite low cal 🤷‍♀️

I spent years trying to convince my friends and family to stop listening to people like Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson. I warned that they were fake lying grifters. I got so much pushback and yelled at over it.

Now seeing those same friends/fam say the same thing.. 😒
