@BostonBrandi100@DoctorTurtleboy So you condone the courts hiding and silencing people? I thought you were against corruption? Or is it only corruption you care about? it's our right as citizens to report on what we hear/see/are told. That's what TB did.
@Will428304 You were my first ever paid membership, and I have to say I'm more and more glad about that. You showed how extremely emotionally intelligent and mature you are today. It was great! 🖤
@Beatsmith413@DoctorTurtleboy@BrotherCounsel I couldn't get through 5 minutes, that guy was a total nut. Nothing he said made any sense and he wasn't even citing the evidence correctly lol. It was making me mad.
@shandiggies@LamarVsAllen@Fiona4115549772@Peanut345678@candyslandCreat I've seen tons of sections that were simply called in by someone observing who had no clue who the person was. I've never seen a family hold more weight when assessing a patient than anyone else with concerns.
@shandiggies@LamarVsAllen@Fiona4115549772@Peanut345678@candyslandCreat Yes and I'm explaining there's really no difference If a family member calls vs if a friend calls, the professionals are going to assess and section in the end. The family can't do it without the professionals, and the professionals will be going by their observations and history
@shandiggies@LamarVsAllen@Fiona4115549772@Peanut345678@candyslandCreat No family does not have to make the request, that's more for a sec35 (drugs). Sec 12s are often done by PD, doctors, etc that realized after speaking to the pt they are in need. Very often family had no involvement until they are already on the hold and EMH reaches out to them.
