@lottiecgross Along the River Lochy to Banavie & the Caledonian Canal for an easy but scenic walk from town or bus/train to Spean Bridge & walk the 3 mile circular route around High Bridge where the first shots were fired in the 1745 Jacobite Uprising for history & scenery 😀
Started my day on an ancient hill fort at the summit of Dow Hill, just a short climb from Girvan - a huge reward for not too much effort - my kind of hill! #Ayrshire 🏴
