Buy expensive washer & dryer from @ElectroluxGroup, add on not cheap extended warranty and they DON'T STAND BEHIND EITHER OF THEM. Can't get a returned call when promised. Can't even get "escalated customer service" not in broken English. New meaning to #TakenToCleaners #SvcFail

@FifthThird Already called that number. Spoke with 2 people and your IT upgrade "is working as it should to stop fraud". So, a paying customer is unable to pay a loan. Pretty cool as it is my system issue, not 5/3. #fifththirdwherecustomersareanumber

@FifthThird The WORST "customer service" EVER from 5/3 Bank. The most senior person on phone was unable to help or even get someone to call me back. Will be moving the loan to an establishment that cares about customers. #servicefail #atFifthThirdonlyanumber

@Goodberrys would say horrible "service" but got NO service. Leesville closes at 9p. There at 8:45 they served ppl in front of us. Employee walked away and mgr (I assume) came & said no more orders. I said so the sign saying 9 is wrong? Said yes & locked window. No apology. #FAIL
