10 whole days after reporting a hateful incident of ableism in one of their stores, this is genuinely the response @StarbucksUK gave me.

I saw them replying to much larger accounts within a matter of hours, so this is a load of BS and they're continuing to treat me like crap.

I asked her to please respect me as I have a condition and instead of apologising she huffed at me and asked someone else to serve me instead. What the actual **** is this about @Starbucks @StarbucksUK?!? I'm now scared to go in again. Never felt like this before in public.
