Six years have passed since the heart-wrenching Humboldt Broncos bus tragedy, yet the memories of the 16 lives lost remain etched in our memories. Today, we unite to honour their legacy and extend our deepest condolences to their families.

Amidst the sorrow, we find solace in the resilience of the 13 survivors and their families, whose strength continues to inspire us all.

This tragic event shook our nation to its core, serving as an important reminder of how fragile life truly is and the unwavering power of unity in trying times.

Let us also take a moment to acknowledge the boundless compassion and solidarity demonstrated by people from all corners of Canada and beyond.

To the families, survivors, and communities affected, we stand with you today and always.
