Please advise corporate they need to do better with their crappy automated phone service and the unhelpful 'live chat' on the website. 30 yrs of customer service & I've rarely interacted w/ a company who seemingly had zero desire to be contacted what so ever.

My service was supposed to start May 23rd. Your new automated service makes it impossible to speak to customer service when my topic isn't one of the options. This is one of the least effective automated services I've encountered in my entire adult life.

@Walgreens I've been 24 hours without the Rx prescribed by urgent care last night because I work Saturdays. I was hoping to pick up my Rx after work today, bc Google states my local store is open until 10pm Saturdays. Now I'll be 36 hours without my medication.
