Jones, 34 — pastor at Summit Church was just indicted by Randolph County grand jury on:
— Soliciting a minor via computer

— Distribution of material depicting minors in s*xually explicit conduct

— Distributing a hemp-derived cannabinoid product to someone under 21

RWW covered when Jones was first charged back in October 2025. At his preliminary hearing, investigators testified they’d found photos of alleged child victims that Jones had digitally altered to s*xualize them.
