@Ofcom@SkyUK Can Automatic compensation only be offered as a credit on an existing account? 50 days and counting a total loss of service. No resolution offered until at least the 29th of November.
@SkyUK total loss of phone and broadband service since the 12th of September. My husband works from home, in sales….. therefore impacting our income and ability to pay our bills. Sky’s get out clause ‘for domestic use only’.
@SkyHelpTeam Having not been updated since the 21st of October… I have again contacted customer services @SkyUK to be told that Openreach cannot fix fault till possibly the 26th of November!
