@PeteWishart Who is in charge of stopping drugs getting into the United Kingdom..No excuse for swathes of deaths in Scotland ..however the style of deaths may be due to many of the drugs being cut before getting to hands of the users..Scotland leads the eaybin stemming knife crime.
