panicking bc my managers promoted me to a shift manager position without giving me an increase in pay but promised an increase at 3 months so i emailed them at the 3 month mark and they have not said a thing. it's been 2 days.

im getting a little fed up with this company considering ive been promoted to a position with a way higher workload but told i couldnt be given a raise for at least 3 months in that position... and then 3 months comes around and im told i have to wait another month...

mind you the reason i was given was that the kitchen folk cant take breaks and its triggering for them to make food for other people to break when they cant... so instead of the company giving kitchen folk breaks they just took away everyone else's breaks....

yall i just got told that we cant take breaks from 10:00am-1:00pm at work on weekends anymore... so about half our staff cant break on our busiest days where we hardly even have time to go to the restroom... AND we're only allowed to get sides for our shift meals on weekends now
