@SloaneEsq There is a third lounge, it is Satellite B, I think, you have to know what gate you need so you can get to it on-time should you have to return to the main terminal.
@Chilly_in_the Towards the end of COVID I got to work on a Trash TV job, I take my hate off to the production and crew, producing two 24 hour streams over 10days. Huge amount of hours, but the actual show I am still trying to understand !

@Churchill Finally got through after 50mins and was told the email link had gone wrong at your end, was assure I would recieve a new email with a working link to my documents, guess what link still has same fault !!

@Churchill So after hanging on for 50mins, I did talk to a human who investigated and said things had gone wrong on your end, he then assured me that I would recieve a new email and that if I clicked on the link it would work this time, guess what it does exactly what it did last
@Sainsburys_Bank Sainsbury Acceptance emails arrived approx midday Friday, I was unable to responded until Monday and missed the 72 hour response time by 30mins. Is there anyway to resend the mail's ?
