What really stands out about "Surviving Ohio State" (other than @Jim_Jordan's complicity and cowardice) is that numerous male coaches knew their male student-athletes were being abused and did nothing, yet the one woman coach found out her male student-athletes were being abused and immediately raised concerns and kept raising concerns with authorities and she was ignored and she warned male student-athletes about Richard Strauss, so much so that Strauss complained about her to Ohio State administrators.

That's what stands out to me the most: all these grown men coaching wrestling knew what was happening to their male students, but it was the woman coaching fencing that had the strength of character to stand up for her boys and protect them.

Her name was Charlotte Remenyik, she was a hero in an environment of cowardice, and she deserves a hell of a lot more public recognition.
