@korrinlynn @axs I agree. Wanted to throw my phone on the ground. I actually had tickets and entering my credit card info it said my name wasn't entered so I couldn't hit checkout. My name was there, retyped it multiple times, didn't allow me to progress. Timed out, lost tickets. AXS is bad.

@aegpresents Great when you have a presale code, use it, wait in a queue for 25mins, it finishes and get an error message, and then you can't use the presale code again because it says it's been used. I'm sure all the resale sites got there's though.

@PlayStation Horrible customer service. Been a customer since PS1 and the one time I ask for a refund they deny it saying I downloaded and played the game. Nope, didn't play it, that's why I want a refund. Tried to get the refund about an hour after it downloaded.

Why did @DICKS lie to me when they said for $3 I could come in anytime for a year and replace batting gloves? They ripped, brought them in and said I have to go through an external company. Manage to go through that process only to be told to go through the manufacturer. PIA

Hey @jimmyjohns your Hudsonville MI location is only allowing french bread for delivery or pickup. Said they were out of it at the drive through so couldn't order it. Racks of it sitting there when I got to the window and was told it's not for drive-thru people.#nevergoingback
