@kayfaye02 and I were stranded from our group. @AmericanAir staff showed no focus on customer service and focused only on making sure the door closed "on time". The last check-in worker just walked away mid-transaction with a customer. Didn't come back til 40min after depart.

It was a complete joke. Customer service was negligent and focused on company demands. @kayfaye02 and I were 2 of the 8 stranded. It was horrible.

@AmericanAir your schedule at MSN on Sunday mornings is complete $h!t. 3 flights leaving in 7 min time span? All attendants left 50 people waiting to check in at front desk. There 90 minutes and didn't even get helped. Missed flights.
