@Victorianplumb Why? You have my order number and can see the call history. Instead of asking me to PM you, why don’t you just sort it? I spent over £400 on a shower I can’t use. Will you replace it? You can then deal with the supplier without impacting me

@HMRCcustomers Hi Farah, not sure. I pay child benefit back in my tax code. At the end of the financial year it was all given back to me by mistake. I am trying to pay it back to HMRC but not sure how
