One of the more frustrating experiences I have had in dealing with a purchase, was trying to get a Tesla roof and batteries installed in my house . I put a down payment down. I had multiple people come inspect my roof. Use satellite images. Walk on the roof inspect the garage over many many month and it went nowhere. Then trying to get the deposit back was like talking to an instance company. I would not only not recommend it. I would advise against it.
