Dear @ScotRail , trying to upload a photo to get a smart card but the uploader on your website doesn’t work. Refuses to upload photos straight and there is no way to correct. Please advise asap , it shouldn’t be this difficult . Every other website can do this

@ScotRail have tried various platforms both mobile and PC and nothing works. screenshots attached showing picture on its side and rejection by Scotrail website. Totally hopeless and very basic technology that everyone else seems to have mastered !
