The Scott Manor House is the oldest house (c. 1770) in Bedford, NS. It holds historical artifacts, research material, and hosts a number of community events.

Did you know that during the late 1800s and early 1900s, Bedford was the playground for the elite of Halifax? Does anyone remember the beautiful Florence Hotel? This magnificent hotel was constructed in 1895 for $65,000 by Charles Rogers.
